品系建立：
在Rosa26位点定点敲入CAG-tdToamto序列，获得全身表达红色荧光的首建鼠。首建鼠与野生型C57BL/6NCrl交配获得杂合鼠，杂合鼠互配获得纯合鼠。
2. 表型
除红细胞和毛发外，该必威品系的细胞可以激发出红色荧光（tdToamto）.
3. 应用领域
必威细胞或组织追踪；另外分离自tdToamto红色荧光必威的细胞可能比转染EGFP质粒的野生型必威原代细胞更容易培养。
